Free opening

1 The payouts are carried out by period of 30 days for the Shops with sales lower than 2,500 € inc. tax per month. The Shops with sales higher than 2,500 € inc. tax are eligible for payouts by period of 7 or 15 days according to their financial need. In all the cases, the payout intervenes 7 days after the last day of the period if the minimum payout amount reached 100.00 EUR inc. tax.

2 For the Shops selling adult Products (dvd, mangas, toys...), an increase of 2.00% is applied for all the sales.

3 Cost / Chargeback is applied only if the Shop cannot confirm the delivery. Otherwise, the guaranteed payment is applied for the Shop and no fee will be invoiced.

4 A sales statement is invoiced 10.00 EUR exc. tax at the end of each period.

5 For the Shops whose the bank account is domicilied outside the Metropolitan France, the Cost / Payout is invoiced 20.00 EUR exc. tax.
